We are recruiting to fill the position below:
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, specifically in the Nigerian market
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Nigerian pharmaceutical market
- Extensive knowledge of the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry, product portfolio, and competitive landscape
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills to develop and motivate Zonal Sales Managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals in Nigeria
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and regulatory, in the Nigerian context
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria to support the sales team and maintain customer relationships
- Fluency in English and familiarity with local languages in Nigeria is preferred.
