Description:
The Network Coordinator is the point of communication between vendors, the internal team, and Managed Service providers when needed. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage escalations, ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintain a seamless operational flow
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a link between vendors and the internal team, managing escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate internal escalations and Managed Service providers.
- Understand the procurement process, liaise with the procurement and legal teams, and support raising memos/POs for vendors and managing SOWs.
- Assist with administrative tasks like reporting and creating executive summaries.
- Help coordinate various activities related to Change Management and PVT timelines for significant changes, such as patching network devices.
- Schedule and manage BAU (Business as Usual) Changes with third parties.
- Log tickets with third parties.
- Manage documents related to device lifecycle management.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates on issues and escalations.
- Facilitate meetings and scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination of key stakeholders.
- Regularly provide status updates and reports and diligently follow up on action items.
- Coordinate major network BAU (Business as Usual) activities.
- Carry out reporting, administrative, and documentation tasks
