This isn’t just any sales role – you’ll be the engine powering our growth, opening doors (quite literally!) for our incredible Field Sales Team by connecting us with the right people, in the right places, at the right time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A natural communicator who loves talking to people.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls – you see “no” as the start of the conversation, not the end!
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • A team player with a can-do, upbeat attitude.
  • Some experience in sales or customer engagement is a bonus – but we hire for attitude and potential, not just your CV.
Responsibilities
  • Start the Conversation – You’ll be confidently reaching out to potential new clients through outbound calls, making that all-important first impression.
  • Do the Homework – Research businesses, uncover decision-makers, and find the perfect fit for Origin’s stunning products.
  • Pick Up the Phone Like a Pro – Cold call in line with our Sales & Marketing strategy to generate excitement and interest.
  • Introduce Our Show-Stopping Range – Know our premium aluminium doors and windows like the back of your hand and present them with confidence.
  • Book Winning Meetings – Secure quality appointments for the Field Sales Team that open doors (literally and figuratively).
  • Stay Organised & Sharp – Keep our CRM system squeaky clean with accurate and up-to-date info.
  • Build Your Empire – Develop and maintain a pipeline of warm leads and new opportunities.
  • Fuel the Future – Spot trends and ideas that could spark new marketing campaigns.
  • Track the Wins – Share your progress with clear weekly and monthly reports.
  • Be the Face of Origin – Represent us in our stunning Showroom and walk clients through the beauty of our products.
  • Support the Sales Team – Be their right hand in new business activities and help turn opportunities into wins.
