As the Night Auditor, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing our overnight front desk operations and ensuring that all financial records and reports from the day are accurate and complete.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (hotel or hospitality background a plus).
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Overnight shift and supervisory experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent computer skills and quick adaptability to tech platforms.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding guest service and resolve guest issues with professionalism.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially in emergency situations.
  • Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
Responsibilities
  • Reconciling daily revenue and transaction reports from all hotel departments.
  • Preparing and distributing Daily Revenue Reports for management.
  • Troubleshooting discrepancies and resolving late-night technical or accounting issues.
  • Performing front desk tasks such as guest check-in/out, reservations, and customer service.
  • Monitoring property security and addressing guest concerns during overnight hours.
  • Handling emergency situations and ensuring guest and property safety.
  • Supporting the accounting team with projects like invoice scanning, billing, and analysis.
