The Role:
As Night Porter, you’ll be the go-to person for guests throughout the night. You’ll handle late check-ins, monitor the building and make sure everything is in order behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone reliable, hands-on, and not fazed by a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle late check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests during the night.
• Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Monitor guest safety and manage noise or disturbance.
• Carry out regular building checks to ensure everything is safe and operational.
• Assist with setting up for the next day (e.g., stocking supplies, light maintenance tasks).
• Be the point of contact for guests—whether it’s a lost key, a taxi request, or a noise complaint.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, night work and security preferred.
• Confident, calm under pressure, and able to handle challenging situations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently at night.
• Physically fit—this role involves being on your feet, moving equipment, and occasional heavy lifting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late-night hours.
