Description:
The captioned position is based in the Nordic Zoetis Affiliate, situated in Copenhagen, Denmark. The position is mainly office-based, however limited remote working is possible. This position reports to the Head of RA/QA/PV Nordics.
In this position you will be mainly responsible for supporting the ongoing Marketing Compliance (MCC) review and approval of all the produced marketing materials and arranged activities/events occurring in the Nordics (DK/NO/SE/FI).
The role will also broadly support the RA and QA functions in maintaining our Marketing Authorisations and local QMS. You will therefore be part of the Nordic QA/RA/PV Team, currently consisting of 7 highly motivated profiles, situated in Denmark and Finland, who all work closely together.
The role works closely with the marketing department to ensure strong compliance awareness and provides RA/QA support to the commercial side of the business. This role will be key in adapting and building the future framework of the MCC function, to support the significant growth that Zoetis is experiencing in the Nordics, ensuring thorough, systematic compliance and smooth approval processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the local Marketing Compliance function, including audit/inspection readiness/ participation.
- Support the local RA/QA function in all affiliate related tasks.
- Coordinate and participate in external and internal communication with suppliers, Authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and ensure GDP compliance level in our QMS and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate Marketing Compliance training and workshops as needed.
- Ensure archiving, timely case entering and related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a related scientific area
- Minimum 3-5 years knowledge from similar positions within the pharma industry or related.
- Knowledge of the Nordic, ethical rulesets for medicinal advertising
- Knowledge of the Regulatory and Quality legal frameworks (2019/6 and BEK 2021/1248)
- Stakeholder management skills: Communication, relationship building and coaching.
- Positive, proactive, and pragmatic with an entrepreneurial mindset.
