Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for a Wills & Probate NQ Solicitor based in our Braintree office. The successful candidate will enjoy a wide variety of quality Private Client matters working as part of the Braintree Private Client Team. The successful candidate will advise and take instructions from clients on a range of Private Client matters to include administering Estates and Wills, Powers of Attorney and drafting all categories of Wills.
You will have a proven track record in delivering expert legal advice and high service levels to clients, whilst working independently on your own caseload.

The Day to Day:

  • Initial meetings with clients in respect of Wills, LPAs and estate administration.
  • Thereafter delegating as appropriate to the paralegals and Legal Assistants in our Probate Administration Team and our Wills and LPA Team.
  • Having oversight of the progression of all cases and meeting with paralegals and Legal Assistants.
  • Providing legal and technical input as required in respect of your ongoing matters.
  • Attending supervision sessions with the head of department.
  • Assisting in the production of marketing materials to assist with the growth of the Tiptree and Coggeshall offices and the team generally.
