Essential Duties:

• The Nurse Manager demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to make decisions regarding the provision of age appropriate care for the unit’s patient population.
• Ensure that unit is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
• Manages patient care delivery, the unit operations, development/management of personnel, fosters interdisciplinary collaborative relationship, professional development, and demonstrate an awareness of patient safety initiatives at RWJUH,

Scheduling:

• 40 hours a week - Days
• Occasional weekend supervision as needed,
