Our Office Associate’s play an important role in driving that transformation.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven colleague that wants to work closely with our Human Resources team.

Position Summary:
Provide support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, answering telephones, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Be the face and first contact of the company, while conducting themselves in a professional, friendly and approachable manner. The position requires business casual appearance.

Tasks:

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Perform general office duties such as maintaining and distributing office supplies.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Operation of a multi-line telephone system and handling multiple telephone calls.
  • Greet guests and visitors and assisting with the sign in process.
  • Maintain orderly appearance of the reception area.
  • Keep conference rooms clean, organized and stocked with meeting supplies.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
