    Position Overview
    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
