We are a young FinTech company consisting of highly talented and motivated employees. To further extend our Operations team we are looking for like-minded and performance-oriented newcomers. As a Onboarding Manager you will coordinate work streams closely with several other departments at CRX Markets, be involved in the growth of a young department and assure a seamless customer onboarding experience. In addition to managing the onboarding of new clients onto the CRX Marketplace, you will (re-)design processes according to changing regulatory requirements, perform due diligence and know your customers checks and communicate with customers from all over the world. By collaborating closely with colleagues from various teams, you will acquire detailed insights into our product and processes, enabling you to implement your own improvement ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients onto the CRX Marketplace
- Conduct anti-money-laundering/know your customer checks
- Communicate with a heterogeneous client base to guide them through the onboarding process
- Develop strategies to ensure high onboarding conversion rates
- Perform reporting and data processing tasks
- Improve or re-design existing processes, and contribute to the continuous development of our product
- Closely collaborate with our Sales & Account Management team and Legal department
