Total Support Solutions Inc Job Description
Total Support Solutions is looking to hire an Onsite Technician/Team coordinator for our onsite division know as Dial-A-Geek.
In this role, you will split your time between onsite technical calls and administrative duties.
This position is 5 days a week 8 hours per day.
Applicants should have a good grasp of IT troubleshooting procedures and should expect to undergo a technical interview as well as a standard employment interview.
Applicants must have A+ certification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in IT or related fields..
Knowledge and experience with network gear
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience in customer service.
Current criminal record check will be required during onboarding.
Team Lead experience is an asset.
A friendly, personable, ‘can do’ attitude is necessary.
Must have drivers license and reliable vehicle.
Experience with Apple products is an asset.
Troubleshoot system and network problems.
Diagnose and solve hardware and software issues.
Recommend hardware and software improvements.
Work closely with management and HR.
Administrative tasks such as managing technicians.
Speaking with clients who have inquires or concerns.
