DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Operations Director to lead our team of experts in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
From Establishing annual and multi-year priorities and growth targets for each site to balancing multiple sites and customer requirements– you’ll be determined to win throughout every stage of the operational excellence.

• Ensure sites have a Safety First Culture by applying Safety Standards and driving continuous improvement year-on-year.
• Develop and share safety best practices between sites to ensure the best result for all sites
• Ensure an effective response to all security risks and manage all claims where applicable
• Define the sites KPIs to be achieved this year and subsequent year, and develop plans to achieve these goals
• Manage customer relationships including key negotiations and major issue resolution
• Lead commercial reviews with the customers (growth and renewal) affecting all the sites
• Work with the customer to identify and propose opportunities to grow the business
• Create and own 24 month+ Network Development Plans towards LEAN operations to improve site performance and productivity
