Job title: Operations Manager – Building Information Management

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the Building Information Management (BIM) team within the Site Engineering department
- A key stakeholder and facilitator of the implementation and management of BIM within the Site Engineering department, including documentation, workflows, software/hardware capabilities etc.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Facilitating the data capture of the existing Submarines estate through “Scan2BIM” to bring pre BIM delivered facilities into the 3D built environment
- Supporting with BIM model validation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Management or team leader experience
- Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit software
- Experience working with BIM technologies across large sites
Desirable:
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject or equivalent
- Proficient and/or qualified in ISO 19650 BIM principles
- Experience coordinating requirements capture and document creation
Responsibilities:
