The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancement services across all assigned properties. This role bridges field operations and client service by supporting crews, collaborating with Account Managers, and maintaining Piedmont Landscape Managements high-quality standards. The Operations Manager provides leadership, develops team members, manages resources, and ensures adherence to company standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and operating landscape equipment.
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles.
