We are looking for an Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience to join and contribute to the growth of our new team in Cairo, Egypt. Working alongside our in-house Customer Service team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement our training processes and procedures for our call center agents and lead our agents and operations in Cairo, Egypt. By continuously coaching and training, you will ensure our external partners and in-house agents are hitting their targets and adhering to our service standards. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring KPIs, while providing feedback to stakeholders when needed. You will be leading initiatives that will effectively increase our customer satisfaction scores through the deliverance of the highest quality of service across all teams (internal and external). Don’t forget, we’re expanding internationally - as our growth continues, so will yours!

  • Please note this position would begin on-site at our Head Office in Montreal, QC, for training and onboarding purposes (3-6 months) and then relocation to Cairo, Egypt, is a requirement.
