Modular Management is construction contractor (small projects and maintenance) company operating specifically within the site accommodation industry, seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily delivery of mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance and projects across the UK.

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of up to 15 remote engineers across the UK.
• Produce multiple accurate and timely job quotes per day.
• Order materials through our network of trade accounts.
• Book and schedule jobs according to job requirement and engineer skillset, managing the operational calendar effectively.
• Log new jobs and track progress through to completion.
• Review and sign off completed job sheets with attention to technical accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
• Understand and interpret basic mechanical, fabric and electrical scopes of work.
