Description:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of key Ardonagh systems including GXB.
Understanding of the whole placement workflow but, in particular, the post bind process including billing and premium settlement
Preferably an understanding of the classes of business handled by FAJS

Responsibilities:

Manage workflow to deliver improved client outcomes:

  • Review of workflow MI, chase anything approaching KPI’s or overdue
  • Ensure records in front end systems are up to date
  • Identify bottlenecks and trends routinely impacting Right First Time and remedy accordingly
  • Identify where additional training may be required
  • Provide technical assistance where issues may have stalled the processing of renewals

Forecasting and revenue management:

  • Daily review of revenue forecast and liaison with account handlers where required
  • Identification of delays which may impact billing and escalation where required
  • Manage prioritisation of processing alongside the Processing SME towards month end to maximise revenue
  • Track material changes to the monthly forecast

Credit Control:

  • Review reports to identify issues with uncorrelated cash, uncollected brokerage, unsettled payables, funding etc.
  • Liaise with IBA, processing and account handlers to expedite resolutions
  • Raise processing requests to clear outstanding items on behalf of account handlers

Technical assistance:

  • Approval of submissions in Edge PP
  • Assist with review and feedback of peer review reports and support the implementation of any outcomes
  • Assist team with queries re premium tax, markets, systems etc. to drive improved Right First Time
  • Serve as liaison for processing and bureau queries
