As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organisation to new heights. Your strategic acumen and proven leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving business operations, including developing and executing a robust growth strategy to propel the company’s local and international market presence.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in a high-level managerial leadership position in a scaling business
- Strong financial management skills including experience developing and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Developing and maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged.
