Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the safe and effective delivery of all transmission line projects, ensuring quality, commercial success, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the growing cohort of 200+ project delivery staff and EA personnel. Guide and mentor project teams to achieve performance targets, enhance capabilities, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Drive the operational strategy, execute projects, and manage resource planning across a national portfolio.
  • Enhance relationships with key clients, regulators, subcontractors, and suppliers to create opportunities and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Champion a Zero Harm culture through safety leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement
