We offer an innovative group coaching program curated to provide financial advisors Total Business Certainty designed to empower our clients to reach their full potential and make lasting positive changes in their businesses and lives.
The Operations & Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing and executing our coaching programs in collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring that our coaching content is engaging, up-to-date, and tailored to provide a personalized experience for our clients, even in group coaching settings. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including content rebranding and creation, basic video editing, client communication, administrative tasks, and helping turn the owner’s vision into reality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Possess strong technology skills, including proficiency in basic video editing and in Microsoft Office suite applications such as PowerPoint and OneDrive.
· Comfortable and proficient in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
· Creative and artistic mindset, with a keen eye for design and branding.
· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
· Proactive and resourceful, willing to take initiative.
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
· A go-getter mentality, always striving for excellence.
· Basic understanding of online marketing and social media platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
