Your planning skills enable you to manage production schedules with proven efficiency. Responsibilities
  • College diploma (DEC) or university degree in industrial engineering, logistics administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Functional English to communicate with our US and Ontario customers.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in production management software (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain processes
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and unforeseen events and to optimize the structure of activities
  • Ability to quickly adjust schedules and resources in response to unforeseen events or last-minute changes
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement, anticipate risks, and propose relevant solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, purchasing) and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers)
  • Service-oriented and able to reconcile customer expectations with the operational realities of the business
