HANA Center (HANA) is a Chicago-area, community-based non-profit organization working to meet the critical needs of Korean, Asian American, and multiethnic immigrant communities and build power toward systemic change. HANA Center has offices in Chicago and Prospect Heights, Illinois.
HANA primarily engages low-income, limited-English proficient community members, prioritizing those who have been historically marginalized and have not had access to resources, including older adults, children and youth of color, women, undocumented immigrants, survivors of gender-based violence, LGBTQ+ individuals, and intercountry adoptees. HANA primarily serves Korean and Latine immigrants in Korean, Spanish, and English; although HANA also serves other Asian, African, and Middle Eastern immigrants and Black Americans. Currently, HANA engages 16,000 community members annually in the City of Chicago and northwest suburbs.
The Operations Team Lead works closely with the Senior Team Lead of Finance & Operations to ensure systems are working effectively and efficiently organization-wide. The Operations Team Lead serves a support role in the areas of operations, IT, event support, and staff administrative assistance.

Compensation: This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 and benefits that include paid leave, paid sick leave, health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life, and 401K.
