We’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Services Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success with a variety of clients and initiatives.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Services Consultant, you will be the client-facing representative of Elire for our Cloud ERP Managed Services area. You’ll play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our Help Desk, conducting client meetings, overseeing team meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives such as budget planning and sales support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle Cloud ERP as a Functional Specialist/Consultant.
- Experience across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables.
- Extensive experience in managing a pool of resources, gathering business requirements, performing functional fit/gap analysis, and leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle.
- Ability to effectively liaise between client executive teams, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Strong presentation & communication abilities, both in-person and virtually, with the expertise to deliver ideas and solutions effectively to clients.
- Thrives in a collective, collaborative, and accountable culture and environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client-facing representative of Elire for Cloud ERP Managed Services.
- Manage the daily ticket queue within the Elire Help Desk and assist with task triage and delegation.
- Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client meetings to ensure their needs are met and tickets are resolved promptly.
- Lead team meetings to manage workload and address any blockers.
- Assist in creating the yearly Managed Services Cloud budget and support sales and marketing efforts for new prospects or RFPs.
