Position Overview: Are you detail-oriented, efficient, and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team? Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking an Order Filler to support our operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to the pick list and packing instructions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in regular stock checks, and ensure products are organized and easily accessible.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and securely packaged.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and improve warehouse processes.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders and inventory.
