Outdoor Lighting Lead Technician (Crew Leader)
Blingle is an outdoor lighting company specializing in Landscape Lighting, Christmas Lighting, and Permanent Roofline Lighting
Technicians are responsible for installation of outdoor lighting products while maintaining a safe and professional standard. Technician will have communication with designer and the customer to maintain the scope of the project. Technicians will oversee installations, trouble shooting and regular maintenance on lighting systems. Lighting Systems are low voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· 2+ years experience in landscape lighting, architectural lighting or irrigation
· Ability to manage multiple crew members and keep them professional and on task
· Drive van/trailer safely and according to local regulations.
· Review job(s) for the day based on work orders.
· Creative mindset and can come up with innovative solutions to unique problems

· Confirm that van/trailer is prepared for the day including the following:

• All lighting for each project to be completed that day
• Additional lighting materials as needed
• Equipment, tools needed and Ladders
• Fuel

· Be able to function in all Blingle software and their best practices
· Responsible for ensuring crew production and safety to Blingle standard
· Assess the job and determine proper start location.
· Complete work as described in work order.
· Complete any on-site cleanup needed.
· Complete final walkthrough on-site with customer
· Complete required record keeping and submit receipts as relevant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
