Description:
The main responsibility of the backend developer at Dasman Diabetes Institute is to maintain and develop the electronic health records system (EHR). The ability to work in a team environment, and to receive training and handover is a must. The primary goal of the position is to move the development process in-house.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
Java / J2EE, Hibernate, Wildfly, RabbitMQ, EJB, JPA, JTA, MySQL, REST API and HL7/MIRTH
- Experience in software architecture, JAVA and Wildfly Application Server.
- Experience with HL7.
- Knowledge in object-oriented programming.
- Experience and knowledge of agile methods is an asset.
