We are looking for someone with a strong background as a PA used to working at senior level within a professional services environment, experience within a law firm would be desirable.
A vibrant and positive attitude to work is absolutely essential as well as exceptional communication, client and organisational skills.


  • Acts as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for Managing Partner, fielding and screening communications to maximise efficiency whilst providing exceptional client service together with a flexible approach.
  • Extensive diary management using own initiative to make sound decisions including proactively coordinating and arranging meetings ensuring the Managing Partner will have all the necessary documentation and details required ahead of meetings.
  • Ensure the Managing Partner is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements and meetings he is involved in.
  • Minute taking and distribution of minutes for key meetings and attending client meetings and events off site as and when needed.
  • Preparing draft letters and emails, creating agendas for meetings and proof reading and responding to correspondence.
  • Take responsibility for scheduling, organising, circulating the agenda and minute taking of fortnightly ExCom meetings. This also involves attending the meeting in person, circulating minutes within agreed timeframe, ensuring that agreed actions are completed by attendees on time. In addition, ensuring that the Managing Partner is fully briefed and has all the necessary information ahead of the meeting.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
  • Represent the Managing Partner and the firm when required at external events and meetings.
  • Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations with excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
