Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless coordination of transactional activities with internal legal counsel, the front office, and the operations teams from inception to completion including system input verifications.
- statistics for senior management and prepare invoices for payment.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, documenting procedures and maintaining organized records.

- Responsible for organizing legal documentation related to financial transactions within the context of financial markets, and overseeing the execution (signature process), communication and archiving of finalized agreements.
- Proactively assist internal legal counsel in drafting legal agreements and ensure smooth communication with account managers.
- Support the lawyers by participating in ad-hoc initiatives including organizing and maintaining documentation and helping implement necessary adjustments to legal processes.
- Efficiency Optimization:
- Proactively seek and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and improve overall operational effectiveness within the legal department.
- Be driven to identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to propose and execute solutions.
