This role is essential in representing our facility and promoting the services we offer to potential residents, families, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other referral sources. Attend and participate in community events, workshops, and health fairs to promote The Terraces Orleans. Act as a community resource and liaison for inquiries and information regarding our services. Conduct presentations and tours of the community to prospective residents and their families. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives aimed at increasing community awareness.
