Electro Automation Ltd based in Mulhuddart, currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Fleet & Purchasing Administrator You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. From managing maintenance partnerships to handling insurance claims your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our fleet. Assisting the Procurement Manager will also be part of your role.
Reporting to: Procurement Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years’ experience of Fleet management/Purchasing assistance is essential.
Strong administrative background
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in fleet management

Responsibilities

· Co ordinate and manage all maintenance partnerships to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles.
· Handle fuel bills, toll bills, tax discs and other administrative tasks related to fleet management.
· Liaise with employees re licences and penalty points and other administrative tasks.
· Oversee the procurement process for new vehicle purchases ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and company policies.
· Manage warranty claims and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers as necessary .
· Handle insurance matters, including support of policy renewals, claims processing and risk assessments.
· Maintain accurate records of fleet related documentation including registration, insurance and maintenance records.
· Monitor and manage vehicle damage claims, facilitating repair and insurance settlements.
· Stay on top of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
· Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the fleet operations.
· Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding fleet performance, costs and KPIs.
· Support Procurement manager with relevant purchasing support
· Management of Company phone account.
· Other administrative duties as assigned
