THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Studying in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or similar programs. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open for continuous learning.
• Consultant / Business Analyst experience, ideally in (digital) transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences/Medical Devices Industry preferred.
• Expertise in IT, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain processes & systems preferred.
• Strong presentation, PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Business Process Mapping skills.
• Robotic Process Automation platform knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Python, mySQL, R experience is a plus.

As a working student, you will work with the consulting team to support project managers on client deliverables on full remote basis from Germany, Berlin. You will also support a variety of business operations and activities for several of the firm’s corporate initiatives including Customer Relations, Marketing & Communications, and Knowledge Management.
You will be working on Robotic Process Automation, Track & Trace strategy, and/or Digital Supply Chain and execution of projects for multiple clients. This role is a cross functional role where your project engagements will vary between clients, mostly life science industries, and vary between management consulting supporting activities as Business Analyst and Project Manager, to more data driven analytics and even cooperation with SCWs product management team developing latest improvements to our solutions and hardware.
