We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Housekeeping team full time at The Glencoe Club. As a Men’s Locker Room & Laundry Attendant you will provide a clean and healthy environment for members and guests and aim to achieve a high standard of professional cleaning at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1-2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience
· A diplomatic, outgoing personality with an ability to foster relationships with members and employees

· Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions

  • Adaptability and flexibility to learn and apply skills through on-the job training
  • Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English
Responsibilities

· Provide a safe, clean and maintained facility for all members and guests through various tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and laundry room tasks
· Upkeep of assigned areas and reporting any maintenance requirements to supervisor
· Effectively address member concerns and complaints immediately if possible, and take to supervisor when needed
· Actively collaborate and communicate with membership and housekeeping colleagues to ensure service requirements are met
· Complete tasks that meet Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
