Creative IT is a growing tech business based in Mullingar, offering refurbished tech sales, expert repairs, and IT services. Our retail shop is the first point of contact for customers — whether they’re looking to buy, get help, or ask about repairs and services.
We’re looking for a friendly, tech-aware part-time team member to join us in-store. If you’re good with people, organised, and enjoy working with gadgets and tech, we’d love to hear from you!

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Help customers find the right products or services
• Book in repairs, take payments, and handle returns
• Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Support the team with daily tasks, stock handling, and merchandising
• Answer questions about devices, repairs, and basic IT services
• Follow up with customers as needed (calls, messages, or emails)
