Description We are seeking a dependable and organized Parts Runner / Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and pickup of parts, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with inventory control. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials to job sites, vendors, and the office as needed Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory transactions Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse Pull and prepare parts for scheduled jobs and service calls Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized Coordinate with office staff, technicians, and vendors to ensure parts availability Perform routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles Work Environment: This position involves a combination of driving, warehouse work, and occasional outdoor conditions. Requirements Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must meet company insurance requirements) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and time management skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus
