We are looking for a talented and ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Harry’s Bar,an exclusive private members’ club,part of The Birley Clubs.
Harry’s Bar is a private members’ restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance,famed for both the beauty of its décor and the quality of its food. The Northern Italian menu has delighted Members for 30 years with its impeccably sourced ingredients – from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma – matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation.
As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing you skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen.
