Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team in Cluj, Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing end-to-end payroll activities for employees across multiple countries in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills;
• Solid understanding of payroll software and systems; experience with ADP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Wage Protection System (WPS) processes and requirements.
• Experience processing payroll for Middle East countries and knowledge of regional labor laws and tax regulations.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• 5 years of experience in managing international payroll, preferably including Middle East payroll.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proven experience in payroll processing in a multinational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
