We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple pay cycles and regions. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, conduct complex reconciliations, and support cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of payroll operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Working knowledge of international payroll processes and reconciliations
• Industry Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, ideally within the Employer of Record (EOR) or staffing industry
• Technology:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Preferred
• Must have hands-on experience with various Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
• Proficient in UKG payroll software and advanced Excel functionality
• Familiar with NetSuite for financial operations and reporting

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
