ABOUT YOU:

Are you an experienced payroll officer seeking a new challenge? Join our team and bring your extensive end-to-end payroll experience to the table. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in managing high-volume payroll operations within medium to large organisations, including exposure to diverse awards and enterprise agreements.
Your exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks will set you apart. Experience with Preceda and Kronos is highly valued, along with moderate Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365 applications. Most importantly, your eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a dynamic environment will make you a perfect fit for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have a new opportunity to join our fast-paced Payroll department as a Payroll Coordinator supporting our busy team!
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be joining a very cohesive and friendly team, that will provide you with on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the network.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Process end-to-end fortnightly/monthly payruns for 400-500 employees with precision and timeliness, guaranteeing accurate data and adherence to I-MED payroll schedules
Manage the setup of new employees, ensuring all necessary documents are properly completed and organised
Manage the payroll records of departed employees in compliance with legislation
Provide top-tier support to the business while thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
