Job Description:

The role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he /she will be handling the preparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of payroll every month
  • Preparation of monthly commission runs
  • Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees and overtime efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure accurate application of The Group’s compensation packages.
  • Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements.
  • Preparation of payroll reports.
  • Attending and responding to queries related to payroll.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Graduate in Accounting or HR
  • Advanced excel skills is a must
  • Experience in payroll or accounting is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must
