Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the employee journey all the way from onboarding to offboarding
  • Plan and execute the annual lifecycle of people processes, for example, formal check-ins, compensation and benefits reviews, career conversations, development and engagement events
  • Ensure integrity of the HR data on all HR IT stacks
  • Maintain career levelling structure and ensure all employees are mapped and changes are actioned
  • Ensure our policies and processes are aligned globally where possible whilst complying with local employment legislation
  • Produce monthly/quarterly reporting for HR Business Partners, VP People and Culture and people managers
  • Oversee efficient and accurate processing of payroll and ensure compliance with any relevant awards
  • Managing and administration of benefits, recognition and service awards
  • Support People Partners with all employee relations cases and ensure they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide advice and information on people matters to employees and managers e.g. guidance on staff absence, attendance, performance, capability, grievances, disciplinaries
