Description:

POTENTIAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Support enhancement of technology and tools for account.
  • Drive/culture shift for JLL to become a data-driven organization.
  • Acts as an interface between the operations team and other entities when discussing about newer technology solution to be brought in to the organization
  • Understand the business operations and help bring newer solution to bring efficiencies
  • Understand new technology solution deployment and manage organization wide roll-out
  • Provide support to existing solutions and ensure they are running and stable
  • Find areas of improvements in the existing solutions and propose a way forward
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations & roll-out of technology solutions
  • Bring industry best practices for Data Governance, Project Management and Business Analysis
  • Ensure timely reports are shared with relevant stakeholders for assessment & decision making
  • Constantly engage in challenging the status-quo and bringing in more value to the organization through in-house/external technology solutions
  • Provide training to the teams as and when needed
  • Operate in alignment with organizational roadmap

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus; related experience advantageous
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Costa Rica based role required to be onsite 3 times a week.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
  • Process Management experience – Results driven – the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results
  • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
  • Client relationship management. Must be highly credible in front of senior executive-level client personnel. Represents ideas effectively with and influencing skills, and powerfully communicates the value of our successes.
  • Team-building. Key stakeholder and collaborators are geographically dispersed. Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical. Flexibility. Sense of Urgency.
  • Experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office 2010 or later (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
