We are looking for a talented and ambitious Performance Engineer to join our team and drive the optimization of our integrated development environments (IDEs). While previous IDE development experience is not a must, you should be passionate about software performance, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow in your career. As part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share expertise and technology stacks in the process of performance testing our IDEs.
• Develop and maintain benchmark infrastructure, profiling tools, and testing frameworks to measure and analyze performance metrics.
• Help developers analyze complex performance issues and identify their root causes.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that new features are designed with performance in mind.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on performance-related topics.
