EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Calvary Public Hospital Bruce has an exciting temporary opportunity for a high level Personal Assistant to work with the Nursing and Midwifery Directors.
This backfill is for 5 weeks (2/12 to the 10/01 2020) and supports the above roles. The position plays a key role in the management of the Nursing Directors’ offices through the coordination of all aspects of administration and the provision of support.

Daily tasks include:

  • Managing busy diaries and organising travel arrangements.
  • Prioritising daily workload, carrying out Personal Assistant duties including all aspects of committee secretariat and support.
  • Recording and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence, initiating appropriate follow up action and maintaining schedules to ensure all correspondence is completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintaining a database for leave.
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members.Applicants are expected to respond in writing and include the following:
