Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Diary management, travel arrangements Appointment setting.
· Quoting and completing contracts.
· Advise the Manager of issues requiring their attention and follow up.
· General administrative support to the Manager including meeting bookings, minute taking, travel arrangements, filing etc.
· Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving
· Personable, friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude
· Recording and updating regular and ad hoc meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
· Sort, categorise and clean up emails;
· Answering calls and relaying all messages clearly and accurately;
· Up to date skills on Microsoft office suite, including excel, word, emails is a must
· Must have a current clean drivers’ licence.
