JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive or individual. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner
