Description:

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a knack for managing high-level executives’ schedules and operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly successful company as an Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities:

Executive Calendar Management:

  • Efficiently manage the calendars of the General Manager with global accountability.
  • Coordinate extensively with peer Executive Assistants supporting Managing Directors and CEOs globally to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Global Travel Arrangements:
  • Arrange travel logistics for the General Managers and their team members.
  • Coordinate with site Executive Assistants to facilitate access and align agendas when necessary.
  • End-to-End Purchase Support:
  • Provide support and coaching on SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) procurement processes to Perth and global SPS (Strategic Procurement Services) team members.
  • Expense Management Support:
  • Assist in managing expenses for the General Manager using the expense management system.
  • Workshop and Event Support:
  • Identify and select venues for workshops and events.
  • Coordinate services and handle payments related to workshops and events.
  • Email Management:
  • Handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Personal Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
