Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the Director’s daily operations run efficiently and smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that will suit a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic professional setting.
You will also collaborate with our wider administrative and client service teams, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO -

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, emails, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to a high standard
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare high-quality reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote and represent Prosperity Advisers with professionalism, efficiency, and client focus
  • Support wider team initiatives and contribute to a strong workplace culture
