QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmacy practice.

• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient responses to medications, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient profiles.
• Educate healthcare staff on medication management practices and protocols.
• Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
• Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and industry best practices.
