POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team at 244 King St in Welland. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medications, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting preferred.

• Accurately dispense and review prescriptions.
• Provide counseling and education to patients on medications, treatments, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including supervising staff and maintaining inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support community health initiatives.
